Many of our coaches elect to provide opportunities for our elementary and middle school students to learn the fundamentals of certain sports and to help them improve their skills. The camps meet the Kansas State High School Activities Association's guidelines .Their rules require that the coaches sponsor the camps. The high school can not organize them, even to the degree that the high school's name can not be used in the Camp Name. Camp fees are paid directly to the coach that facilitates the camp. Generally the fees cover a variety of expenses like insurance, help pay for camp workers, participants awards, camp incentives for participants, etc. Our coaches feel that their camp provides a reasonably priced option for kids which affords participants some very good instruction.
