Daily Activity
All
students should dress and report to their teacher on the gym floor. The first 5 minutes of class will be
dedicated to dynamic movement and warm up.
During this time, we will participate in drills to improve balance, flexibility
and strength.
For
the remainder of class, students will go to the weight room for their assigned
work out. When the warning bell rings,
the students will clean up and work on assigned core strength before they are
dismissed.
