Take Turnpike to El Dorado.  Exit at El Dorado and take 254 to Wichita.  Take 254 until you reach K-96.  Take Hutchinson exit onto K-96 and follow to Ridge Rd. exit.  At Ridge Road exit turn left (south) to 21^st Street.  Continue approximately ½ mile on Ridge Rd. to the complex.  The complex is located between 21^st and 13^th Streets.  (Provided by Wichita Northwest)
