Varsity Competition Results for the 12/16 Topeka West / Seaman duals and for the 12/19 Emporia Winter Classic have been posted.
The second round of T-Shirt Orders has been placed and will hopefully be arriving soon. Coach Bovaird will let you know when they arrive.
The Shawnee Mission South and KC-Piper JV tournaments that were originally scheduled for Saturday, 1/9, have been canceled. When any information has been released, Coach Bovaird will update you on if/when the meets will be rescheduled.

The first round of T-Shirt Orders were originally due tomorrow (12/18). However, if you would like to place an order between now and the beginning of 2nd semester, please click here for the order form. You can mail the order form with payment to WRHS Wrestling to the high school (5900 SW 61st St. Topeka, KS 66619). The first round of orders has not arrived yet, but I anticipate that it will come in soon. I will be sure to let you all know when they do come in.

Tuesday, Nov. 10
Hydration Assessment, Alpha Weigh-in, Team Meeting -- You should spend the day drinking plenty of water and visiting the restroom. It’s important that you flush your system all day long. Carry a water bottle around school with you. If you haven’t gone to the restroom to urinate at least 5 times during the day, you’re not hydrated. If you miss the hydration assessment on this day, you have two more opportunities to complete it (Wed. 11/12 and Mon. 11/16). Once you pass the hydration assessment, you will step on the scale and submit your alpha weigh-in for the season. An important team meeting will occur before the hydration assessments / alpha weigh-ins begin.

Parents Info Meeting -- All parents need to attend this meeting. If your parents cannot make it, please arrange to have them contact me to retrieve important information. Wrestlers do not need to attend, but they are welcome.

Hydration Assessment, Alpha Weigh-in, Team Meeting -- If you cannot make it in on Tuesday or if you fail the hydration assessment, this is another opportunity.

First Day of Practice -- Bring appropriate work-out clothes and wrestling shoes. Headgear is optional, but it is recommended to protect your ears.
